How to get to the Zoo:

Take the light rail to Roosevelt Station.  Then Uber to the Zoo from Roosevelt Station (Cheaper)

Uber to the Zoo from the Hotel (more expensive).

Highly recommended that you take your bags to the hotel before going to Woodland Park Zoo.  They have no storage for luggage..

Whale Watching Tour

Date: September 18, 2026

Meeting place: Hotel

Meeting time: early morning of the 18th,  tour is 9:00 am  to 1:00 pm

Plan:  We are going to go on the early morning whale watching trip.  We need 20 people to get the discounted rate.  We will meet in the lobby of the hotel and get shared Ubers to the company's dock.  We'll make it back to the hotel in time to take a late afternoon flight.  We will leave our luggage at the hotel.

Price: ~$147 (if we get a minimum of 20 people)
